Quality was delicious. I know wagyu has a high fat content and will render down when grilling. Recommend upping the cut to 6 oz. each if you’re selling for approximately $25 a piece.

This is the second time I have tried your wagyu beef ribeyes. Both times I found them to be thin, actually too thin for my taste and the price point. However, they were tender, but there just wasn’t enough there to be satisfied. I found them to be no better than a sandwich steak. I will never buy them again and I feel as if I wasted my money. On the other hand all of the Bison steaks I have purchased have been excellent as expected. The Flat Iron steaks, Bison Ribeyes and the extra thick Bison ribeyes steaks are second to none. Great quality and the cooked results are a pleasure to devour!!
