Burgers

I love the burgers. Found that being so lean, it must be cooked slowly at low heat. The restaurant saying of "fat is where the flavor is" applies, i always make mine a cheeseburger. And when partially cooked, DO THIS!!!! - cover the pan and add a little water!. This keeps is juicy!!! For salt i use Worcester sauce, make holes in the burger with a fork, then add before cooking with pepper.
