Great, fully completly GREAT

The package arrived with little transit time. It was completely frozen with both CO2 and Gell packs (had some fun with nephews and dry ice). The meat was well packaged. THEN came the eat'in. Slow cooked THICK steaks were 'almost' too much to eat, but so tender and just the right amount of fat for easy cooking and flavor. The burgers (also cooked slow at first) seared nicely and are great with a steak house type baked bean. Simply great experience. Thank You , Robert

Awesome

I always fix them on my grill at 450° when it reaches temperature I pop them on wait 3 minutes or so pop them to the other side and they are delicious

no shipping on weekends...

the meat was very good...how ever was unable to use when i wanted.due to loosing 2 days but not shipping on weekends.................

Orders ship in styrofoam coolers with dry ice. Orders ship Mondays - Wednesdays (depending on your location) via FedEx. Click here for more information on our shipping policy.

How is the meat packaged?

Most items are individually vacuum sealed and placed in boxes before being added to a styrofoam cooler for shipping.

What does bison meat taste like?

Bison has a rich, clean and slightly sweet flavor. You'll notice a difference from your first bite! Bison has a deep red color -- and a lot less marbling, but remains incredibly tender!
