Bison Air Fryer Meatballs

Rich and buttery air fried bison meatballs paired with a sweet kick of bourbon honey mustard sauce.
Meatballs:
• 1 pound Ground Bison
• 1 egg, beaten
• 2 tbspTomato Paste
• 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
• 1 tsp Woreshiresauce
•1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed red chile flakes
Sauce:
• 1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
• 3 tbsp Honey (can sub for agave)
• 2 tbsp Bourbon
1. Combine Ground Bison, egg, and tomato paste in a large bowl and mix together throughly using your hands or large spoon. Then add woreshiresauce and all other seasoning.
2. Begin separating your meat into preffered sizes and roll between your hands to create a ball. Set aside and continue until all meat has been rolled into balls.
3. Pre-heat your Air Fryer to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
4. Place 5-10 meatballs in your air fryer at a time. Avoid having them touch each other. Air fry for 12 minutes.
5. While your first batch is cooking prepare your bourbon honey mustard sauce. Simply combine all ingredients until desired consistency.
6. Remove meatballs from air fryer, continue cooking the remaining meatballs.
7. Once all meatballs are cooked, serve with bourboun honey mustard sauce and enjoy!
