Bison Chili Cook Off Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1lb Ground Bison
  • 1 Can of Mild Chili Pinto Beans
  • 1 Can of Tomato Soup
  • 1/2 can of Water
  • 1 1/2 Packets of McCormicks Chili Seasoning
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Cooking Instructions:

This recipe can be made on an outdoor fire, stove-top, or crockpot.

You will need 1lb of ground bison, cook all the through. Add in your tomato soup, mild chili pinto beans, 1/ 2 can of water and your chili seasoning. Then add about 1 cup of brown sugar. Cook for 30 minutes - 1 hour to let the flavors settle. Serve with grilled cheese!
